cheerio!

I have definitely neglected this blog like I used to neglect my pet fish Mulan in first grade (honestly, it's a miracle she lived for a year), but here I am! I'd like to say I was too busy living life to write and while that is partially true, I have also just been too busy finding things to wear in life to write. I shutter thinking about how much time I spend on vogue.com. Moving on though...
Maybe one day, I will update about everything that happened in Berlin, because some really cool things did happen! For right now, I do not think I have the patience to go back and give Berlin the justice it deserves. So I will just jump right into what is happening in London town.
I have been here for a month, which is crazy to think about. Time has gone by incredibly fast here and everyday I fall more and more in love with the city. We are often quick to dismissively describe London as a "New York with better accents," but the city is so much more than that. I am taking a class on European Immigration and International Journalism, which have been interesting, but much more work than my classes the previous two blocks.
Each day here is spent a bit differently, but I have classes most days and after that I either wander aimlessly until I stumble upon a garden or find some cultural activity (that makes me sound so pretentious, but I do not know another way to describe it). Some days I find a museum or a gallery opening, other days it's a musical performance. There is so much that I want to see and do not only in London, but with the entire country.
